She holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and is currently pursuing a Master\u2019s Degree in Business Law at Universidad An\u00e1huac. She also holds postgraduate diplomas in Administrative Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and public speaking techniques.<\/p>\n<p>Since joining KNR Abogados in 2013, Lilian led the firm\u2019s immigration practice for nine years before becoming a partner in July 2022. In parallel, she has developed a strong corporate law practice, including company formation, shareholders\u2019 meetings, corporate bylaw amendments, and the negotiation of commercial agreements.<\/p>\n<p>In the compliance arena, Lilian has implemented personal data protection and anti-money laundering policies, as well as conducted due diligence processes.
