Each tender is a formal procedure where one missed requirement disqualifies the best technical and economic proposal. We review tender rules and clarification meetings, structure consortia and guarantees, and make sure the bid meets every legal requirement.<\/p>\n<h2>When the award is irregular<\/h2>\n<p>A bidder affected by an irregular award or an undue disqualification can file a <strong>bid protest<\/strong> (inconformidad) before the Anticorruption and Good Government Ministry (formerly SFP) or state control bodies, and later resort to annulment proceedings or amparo. Deadlines are very short \u2014 typically six business days in the federal regime \u2014 so the decision to challenge must be made almost immediately, with the file already built.<\/p>\n<p><em>This content is informational and does not constitute legal advice.
