Lilian Gutiérrez Grobe is an immigration law specialist with more than 17 years of experience advising multinational companies on executive mobility and the relocation of foreign personnel. She holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Law at Universidad Anáhuac. She also holds postgraduate diplomas in Administrative Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and public speaking techniques.
Since joining KNR Abogados in 2013, Lilian led the firm’s immigration practice for nine years before becoming a partner in July 2022. In parallel, she has developed a strong corporate law practice, including company formation, shareholders’ meetings, corporate bylaw amendments, and the negotiation of commercial agreements.
In the compliance arena, Lilian has implemented personal data protection and anti-money laundering policies, as well as conducted due diligence processes. Her approach combines technical precision, leadership, and a practical mindset focused on facilitating the operations of international companies in Mexico.
