Manuel Niño de Rivera Hermosillo is a specialist in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate law, with more than 25 years of experience advising major companies on restructuring processes, due diligence, and high-impact corporate transactions. He holds a law degree from Universidad La Salle and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Law at Universidad Anáhuac, where he has further strengthened a sophisticated practice in corporate and commercial law.
