Luis F. Kudo

Holds a Law Degree from the Technological University of Mexico, with practice in tax, administrative, and intellectual property matters. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Universidad Panamericana, a Diploma in Environmental Administrative Law from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Diploma in Tax Law from the Tax Law Academy of the then Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice, attended the Digital Technologies Law 2.0 Seminar by the Mexican Bar Association, and holds a Diploma in International Taxation from Universidad Panamericana.

Professional practice in tax, administrative, and intellectual property law.
He was the first private sector litigator in Mexico to open and participate in a public hearing before the Plenary of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, debating the unconstitutionality of the IETU.

In 2012, he founded the firm Kudo y Niño de Rivera Abogados, and in 2022, the firm’s activities expanded to the USA through KNR USMCA, where he currently serves as Managing Partner. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), and the International Bar Association (IBA), actively participating in various Committees.

He currently serves as President of ASIPI’s Intangible Valuation and Monetization Committee and is a member of the International Trademark Association’s Unfair Competition Committee.

He is a columnist and writer for various legal publications, as well as a speaker at Congresses for legal professionals.

Recognized in 2023, 2024, and 2025 by the publication “Líderes Mexicanos” as one of the most influential lawyers in the country.
Certified as a Foreign Legal Consultant by the State Bar of Texas, US.
